Grilled Vegetables -Baby Peppers, Zucchini and Yellow Squash, Red Onion, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Carrots, Baby Corns and Brussels sprouts.
Brown Rice or Quinoa or lots of other grains
Fish – Salmon, Halibut, Sea bass, Tilapia, Trout and Ahi – these are a few of the fishes that we work with, turning them into Delicious Entrees.
We cook with Free Range Chickens and Hormone free chickens on Request.
We Also use Harris Farms Meats on Request.
