Bios

Co-owner Ruth Gueta has been catering for 16 years. After living in a number of countries, she started a catering company in Houston, Texas where catering with a foreign flair became her specialty. She owned the company for twelve years before moving to Irvine, California. She partnered with Nina in 2002 and their company has grown by leaps and bounds.

Ruth is married. She is an avid runner, hiker and diver.

Co-owner Nina Varkel has been catering for 20 years. A graduate of Hotel School in South Africa, she worked in corporate catering, and then owned and operated two successful deli's and a large kosher bakery, with over 30 full-time staff. Since coming to America six years ago, she has been specializing in personal and corporate catering. She partnered with Ruth in 2002 and with their combined skills, makes an excellent team.

Nina is married and has three children. She is very active in the community.
